How It All Began
Jasmin Child Care and Preschool began in 2015 as an LLC in North Dakota with a simple mission: to provide exceptional care for children in our community.
As we grew, we quickly learned that our role extended far beyond childcare. Families needed support navigating parenthood, connections to public schools, and holistic educational partnerships that went deeper than daily care.
We listened to our community. We saw the impact we could have. And we made a bold decision.
Becoming a Non-Profit
We transitioned from a for-profit LLC to a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. This wasn't just a change in structure—it was a commitment to our mission.
As a non-profit, we could:

- ✓Partner with organizations to enhance our programs

Expanded programs including overnight care, multilingual services, and family support initiatives.
